We worked with Melissa Pacco and she helped us find the right property for us. She first helped us find a place to rent while we explored the area, then expertly negotiated our purchase. At every step in the process she was knowledgeable, organized and thoughtful. She's exceptional!!

Katie Baker worked tirelessly to help us both sell and purchase our new home. Katie took all the stress out of the selling process, allowing us to simply sit back and let her do what she does best. In fact, she has sold two of our homes in the past three years, each time doing an outstanding job.
While expanding your portfolio, you’ll receive our concierge services, including design consultations, staging, and guidance on short-term rentals and long-term investments across Middle Tennessee.
